Now, let us take you on a tour of our top floor condo, “Changes in Attitude”.  Our newly remodeled condo features a large open floor plan that starts with our beautiful fully equipped kitchen, next is the main living area with smart TV and beautiful ocean views.  Off of the family area you will find the large lanai with cathedral ceilings, rocking chairs and couch, small table for al Fresco dining and most importantly majestic ocean views.  You now enter the master bedroom with King bed, ocean views and its own en suite.  The master also features a disappearing privacy wall that can open up during the day for a larger living area.  You’ll find another bedroom towards the mountain side of the condo with queen bed and guest bath.

Upstairs in the Lava Loft you’ll find a bunk bed with a double and twin sized bed and 1 additional twin for the 3rd sleeping area. Lastly the living room features a queen sleeper sofa meaning this condo can sleep 10 guests

 The entire unit is air conditioned with split system A/C units that can be independently controlled in each room.
